1. Classic Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup brown sugar

2 cups chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). In a bowl, cream together butter and sugars. Add vanilla and eggs, mixing well. In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the creamed mixture. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by spoonfuls onto baking sheets and bake for 9-11 minutes.
