About the Course

What topics are included in the Equality, Diversity, and Discrimination online course?

We often hear and use the terms ‘equality’ and ‘diversity,’ but what do they truly mean and how do they impact you as an employer or employee?


Individually, these words have distinct meanings: equality refers to the state of being equal, particularly in rights and opportunities, while diversity signifies the state of being different or varied.


However, these concepts should not be viewed as opposites, since individuals can be different yet still possess the same rights.
